Hand stretched pizza base
The dough is made with lievito madre (“sourdough”) and left to grow and stand for at least 24 hours. It is this special rising process that makes our pizza particularly soft and digestible. Hand stretched, cooked on refractory stone surface and then lowered to -18°C to maintain all its taste, softness and fragrance.
Tomato Flesh
The flesh of fresh tomatoes just picked up, is obtained through the processing of peeled tomatoes, so that the flavour and the freshness remain unchanged. Enriched with the addition of fresh and fragrant basil leaves, it is ready to give pizza the right humidity and an intense flavour.
Fior di latte
Five generations of dairy tradition are felt at the first bite. A product which can maintain all the flavour of an artisanal production, already cut in strips (julienne) and ready to garnish the pizza. A timeless flavour that all the world envy us.
Extra virgin olive oil
Obtained only by mechanical pressing, genuine and with a balanced flavour. Added on the pizza after baking, gives it a taste explosion that hamroniously merges all the ingredients. A little touch for a big quality difference.
